Ender Dragon Fight Remastered turns the end of a Minecraft world into an actual boss battle. The dragon no longer sits on a modest 200 health but on 500, and instead of circling the pillars with a handful of moves she works through a far longer attack list that still keeps a vanilla feel.
The first phase mixes four moves: endermen are forced to turn on a random player, end zombies are summoned into the arena, exploding fireballs are shot at the players, and the dragon is pushed into a perch. Once she reaches half health she becomes Mad, respawns three end crystals and unlocks a second set of attacks — teleporting to a random end crystal location, striking lightning on everyone, summoning evoker fangs beneath everyone, and spawning a single miniboss. While that miniboss lives the dragon stops moving, so it has to be dealt with first. She can only turn Mad once, even if her health climbs back above half.
Boss music adds to the final boss feel, and it follows the Jukebox and Note Blocks slider in the sound settings, so it can be turned down without touching the rest of the audio. The dragon’s health is adjustable in the config, and the release works both as a datapack and as a mod on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for Minecraft 1.21.1. Installing it on the server alone works, though the music is only played for people who have it on their own side, and other dragon overhauls were built to be used separately rather than alongside this one.
