Paradox has set a release date for two Cities: Skylines content creator packs that were announced a few weeks earlier. Mansions & Manors and Holiday Getaways arrive on November 24, 2026, alongside a bundle that packs both together.
The Estates & Escapes Bundle, along with the two packs sold separately, will cost 12.99 USD, 10.99 GBP or 12.99 EUR. They land on Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4 and PS5 on the same day.
What is in Mansions & Manors
Built by creator Feindbold, this pack adds a new residential zone built around “old money” estates. It comes with a district style featuring 45 low-density residential buildings, 7 unique mansion estates, 6 new service buildings, 6 luxury residential cars and 12 props for detailing.
What is in Holiday Getaways
Made by Tomas13TO, this pack leans into vacation builds. It includes 30 unique getaway destinations, 10 new parks and 18 props, aimed at letting players design holiday resorts and summer retreats for their citizens.
Both packs also bundle in Blueprint Beats Radio, a new in-game radio station with 16 original tracks mixing lo-fi hip-hop, chillhop and downtempo styles. It is pitched as background music for slower, detail-focused play sessions rather than rush-hour chaos.
What this means for mod users
Content creator packs like these add official assets rather than code changes, so they generally sit fine alongside existing mods. Still, anyone running a heavily modded city should back up their save before installing new DLC, since added building sets and props can occasionally clash with custom asset packs that touch the same zoning categories.
If you use mods that alter low-density residential zoning or district styling, check compatibility after the pack goes live. The safest approach is to load into a test save first, confirm the new mansion and getaway assets show up as expected, then move on to your main city once nothing throws errors.
Players relying on custom radio mods should also keep an eye out, since adding an official station sometimes shuffles existing radio mod slots. Nothing in the announcement suggests base game or mod-breaking changes, but a quick save backup costs nothing and saves headaches.
