Fast Xp is a small client-side mod that makes using experience bottles much quicker. Instead of throwing one bottle at a time, holding right-click repeats the use action every tick, so a stack of bottles is emptied in moments.

It works automatically with XP bottles held in either the main hand or the offhand, with no extra setup needed. Keep in mind that this kind of behavior may be against the rules on some multiplayer servers, so check the server rules before using it online.
