Biolith is a server library mod for biome placement and world surface generation. Its goal is configurability and a consistent, immersive distribution of modded biomes, and it powers biome mods such as Cinderscapes, Terrestria and Traverse.
The library can place an Overworld, Nether or End biome at a chosen noise point, remove vanilla or datapack biomes from all noise points, replace a biome fully or partially, and add sub-biomes to vanilla or modded biomes. Biome placement and surface rules can also be defined through datapacks, and custom surface builders can override vanilla surfaces.
Biolith is fully compatible with TerraBlender and Fabric Biome API biomes, partly compatible with BClib, and can place biomes in Modern Beta and Moderner Beta worlds. It also prevents feature order cycle crashes automatically. This release runs on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.10.
