This Rocks! is a small worldgen mod with an outsized effect on atmosphere. It scatters little rocks, sticks, pinecones, seashells and starfish across the ground, so the terrain feels more natural underfoot instead of reading as flat, empty grass. Geysers are part of the set too, adding a bit of movement to the landscape.
None of it is purely decorative. Break a rock and you get splitters, which craft back into the block the rock came from, with the gravel rock as the exception since it drops flint instead. Sticks give you ordinary sticks, pinecones drop spruce saplings, seashells occasionally yield a nautilus shell, and starfish drop a starfish block you can build with.
Geysers activate as soon as you get close to them. In the Overworld they simply boost you upward, while Nether geysers will burn you, so they are worth spotting before you walk into one. Creative mode lets you flip a block through its available states, so you can place exactly the variant a scene needs.
The mod is light and purely additive, which makes it easy to drop into an existing Minecraft world on Fabric or Quilt for 1.21.1. It suits survival players who want a more believable landscape just as well as builders looking for small natural details to finish off a scene.
