Raided rebuilds what a village raid can throw at you. On top of the vanilla waves it introduces several illager variants, each one changing how you have to handle a raid rather than simply adding another body to the crowd. The result is a fight you have to read instead of grind through.
The Electromancer is a mage that loves lightning and converting mobs; leave it standing too long and you will be dealing with charged creepers and even converted villagers. The Incinerator befriended a Blaze, which lets it spew fireballs. The Necromancer brings fallen raid mobs back by spending its own health, so it is the one you want to make a priority before the wave gets harder. The Savager is an illager’s best friend trained to attack pets, and the Inquisitor is simply the one nobody expects.
Because each variant creates a different problem, deciding which illager dies first becomes the actual fight. A wave that looked routine can turn around if the Necromancer or the Electromancer survives a round too long. Raided runs on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.
