The Graveyard turns exploring into something far more unsettling. Spooky biomes and eight structures generate across the world, from a Small Grave you stumble across on a walk to the sprawling Large Graveyard jigsaw in the forest, a run-down Haunted House with secrets to uncover, a Mushroom Grave overgrown in swamps and jungles, a Memorial Birch Tree in birch forests and a Crypt labyrinth packed with traps, loot and danger deep underground.
Eight new mobs haunt those places. The Skeleton Creeper is a faster undead creeper that blinds instead of blowing things up, the Acolyte is a darker member of the illager family who turns your bones into his next weapon, and the Reaper, Ghoul, Revenant, Nightmare, Wraith and Corrupted Illager each bring their own kind of trouble after dark.
The Corrupted Champion waits at the end of it all. This lich fights across a spell phase with bone vortexes, skull casts, levitation, falling corpses and summoned minions, a hunt phase where darkness closes in around you, and a final deformation phase. Reaching it takes real preparation: three Ominous Bone Staff Fragments from the Ruins, a bone dagger, a filled Vial of Blood and a night-time ritual at the altar of the Lich Prison, a floating island above the oceans.
Decoration and storage round the mod out. Sarcophagi, coffins in every wood variant and glazed or small urns keep your items, fire braziers burn ordinary or soul flames, and Dark Iron adds an ashen ingot, a steel-like block, bars, and a door and trapdoor that need no redstone to open. Editable gravestones, fragile skeleton decorations and ceramic vases let you build memorials and dress up a graveyard of your own.
