Odyssey Claims, also known as Cadmus, a name taken from the king who founded Thebes, is a land claiming mod built for Minecraft worlds where not everyone is friendly. A player marks the chunks their base occupies and those chunks stop being fair game, keeping thieves, bandits and wandering monsters away from work that took hours to put together.
Claiming is not limited to solo play. Land can be held by a single player or by a whole team, so a shared base stays protected for everyone who helped raise it, with team claims working through the Argonauts mod. Claimed areas show up on the map, which makes it easy to see where one group’s territory ends and another begins.
Server owners get a second layer on top of that. Admin claims lock chunks that no player may touch, and the region flags system enables or disables individual rules inside those chunks, so a server can decide exactly what is and is not allowed in a protected area. The Fabric build targets Minecraft 1.20.x, needs Resourceful Lib installed alongside it, and stays light at around 0.51 MB.
