WITS is a one-command utility for anyone who spends time poking at world generation. Stand anywhere, run /wits, and the chat prints the registry names of every structure occupying that exact spot. Nothing else is added to the game, which makes it the quickest way to confirm whether the ruin you just walked into belongs to the base game or to one of the mods in your pack.
The command behaves the same in a singleplayer world and on a server. Installed server-side it becomes available to everyone connected, including players on a completely vanilla client, so nobody has to match your mod list to use it. Operators and server owners reach further with /witsop, which takes a dimension and a set of coordinates and reports what generates there without anyone having to travel. Those extra parameters stay locked for regular players, so the command never turns into a free structure locator.
One limitation is worth knowing about. Not everything that looks built is a structure: dungeons and desert wells are features, and features store nothing about themselves in the chunk once generation has finished, so there is no way to name them afterwards. As a rule of thumb, whatever the vanilla locate command can find is exactly what this reports.
