NoWheel is a very simple Minecraft mod with one job: it disables the scroll wheel that normally switches slots in your hotbar. If you keep nudging the wheel by accident and losing the slot you were holding, this takes that input out of the equation entirely.
Nothing is locked in permanently. A keybind toggles the behaviour at any moment, and the same setting can be flipped in the mod’s config, which opens either from the in-game options screen or through Mod Menu, so you can turn scrolling back on the second you want it.
The mod needs the ukulib library installed alongside it and runs on Fabric and Quilt for Minecraft 1.21.1, staying small and out of the way while you play.
