Mixmetica is a very simple mixin mod with one job: making Arcmetica cosmetics work inside OptiFine. Instead of relying on DNS rules, it modifies OptiFine so that its cosmetic addresses point at Arcmetica directly.
OptiFine has to be installed for the mod to do anything, and specific builds are recommended: G6 Pre1 on 1.12.2 and M6 Pre2 on 1.8.9. The cosmetics themselves come from Cosmetica, where you log in with a Microsoft account. Capes are temporarily not supported, so the mod covers the rest of the cosmetic set.
Settings are handled through OneConfig, which is downloaded automatically on launch if it is not already installed. Because the mod does nothing beyond redirecting OptiFine’s cosmetic addresses, it stays extremely simple, and no further changes to OptiFine are planned.
