Fancy Toasts takes the advancement pop-up that Minecraft has used for well over a decade and turns it into something worth looking at. Tasks, goals and challenges each get their own banner, icon and sound, so a quick milestone and a hard-won challenge no longer flash by looking exactly the same in the corner of the screen.
Eight texture sets ship with the mod, covering a clean vanilla-style look, an OG throwback, Nature, Modern, Terracraft, Steamy, Landspaper and Neon, each with its own background plus artwork for all three advancement types. Four animation styles set the mood on top of that: Standard stays calm and steady, Playful is bouncy and energetic, Quirky uses a different layout with more movement, and Old-Like brings back the classic slide in from the right.
Everything is picked in an in-game customization screen that has a search box and short notes about each option, while a second, more technical screen handles volumes and the remaining toggles. Textures you draw yourself can be loaded and packed into modpacks for friends or players, advancements added by other mods and datapacks show up through the same system, and the Jade overlay steps aside while a toast is displayed. This version runs on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.
