More Blocks is a small recipe overhaul with a simple goal: stop the crafting grid from eating your materials. Stairs, trapdoors and wood all get reworked recipes that return more output for the same input, and that difference adds up quickly on any build bigger than a starter house.
Crafting stairs now returns 8 of the matching block, and a trapdoor recipe yields 12. Logs are more generous too, with the four-log craft producing 4 wood instead of 3. Each recipe still respects the block you put in, so every wood type and block variant keeps its own matching output.
The change is deliberately narrow. Only the crafting recipes for stairs, trapdoors and wood are touched, so there is no new system to learn and it slots straight into an existing world. The same content is available in both mod and datapack form, so you can pick whichever fits your setup.
