Completionist’s Index turns your collecting habit into something you can actually measure. It keeps a client-side record of everything you have already picked up in a world, so an item you have never held before stops being clutter and starts counting as progress.
Entries are sorted by the mod they belong to, so even a heavily modded world stays readable and you can see at a glance which add-on you have barely scratched. Working through the whole list means collecting every single block and item in the game, which is exactly the sort of goal a completionist playthrough is built around.
The index opens from a button that can be repositioned in the config, and a blacklist lets you drop the entries you never intend to hunt down. It only needs to be installed on the client and requires Puzzles Lib, with settings available from the in-game configuration menu or by editing the config file directly. The build here runs on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.
