Inmis is a small backpack mod for players who keep running out of room. A backpack acts as a portable container you can open by right-clicking it in hand, or with a keybind that grabs the first backpack sitting in your inventory, so there is no menu digging when you need to stash a stack halfway through a cave.
A backpack can also go into the chestplate armor slot and open with that same key, taking up the space your chestplate would otherwise occupy. With Trinkets installed the backpack moves into a dedicated backpack Trinket slot instead, and ShulkerBoxTooltip will show what is inside without you having to open the bag at all.
A JSON config file in the game directory decides how strict the system is. You can switch off backpacks held in the main inventory, require players to wear them in an armor slot, or define entirely new backpacks of your own, which makes the mod easy to slot into a modpack on your own terms. Fabric API has to be installed alongside it.
