Euphoria Patches is not a shader pack in its own right but an add-on for Complementary Shaders, working with both the Reimagined and the Unbound editions. It expands the base pack with handcrafted optional features and extra settings, so what you get on top of Complementary is entirely down to what you switch on.
Every option the add-on introduces is disabled by default and can be enabled individually. For anyone who does not want to work through the whole list, a Popular Settings tab gathers the most commonly used options in one place, and a preset profile applies a common set of them in a single step.
The add-on can be extended further as well. Custom properties can be supplied so that blocks from other mods are covered, and translation files can be added so the settings read properly in other languages. Because the extra options come from the add-on rather than the base pack, any problem that shows up while it is active should be treated as an add-on issue.
