Crosshair Indicator answers one question in the middle of a Minecraft fight: can I swing at that player right now? As soon as a player’s hitbox can be hit, the crosshair displays differently, so the answer appears exactly where your eyes already are instead of somewhere else on the screen.
The idea works like the vanilla attack indicator, but the delivery is different in two useful ways. The information is conveyed through the crosshair itself, which makes it more visible and more accessible in a busy moment, and the readout no longer stops at fully charged swings — the indicator reports attack eligibility in general rather than just charge state.
The mod stays tiny: the download is a small fraction of a megabyte, and it runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1, so it slots into an existing setup without adding weight.
