Cobbledex turns the guesswork of a Cobblemon playthrough into a proper reference book. The mod adds a Pokedex item that you usually receive after picking your starter, and it can also be crafted later. It comes with its own 3D model and 2D icon, and right-clicking it opens the Collection screen, while using it directly on a Pokemon jumps straight to that species’ detail page.
The Collection view is the heart of the mod: it shows at a glance which species you already own and which gaps are left in your Minecraft world, and it hands out Caught Rewards based on how many different Pokemon you have gathered. Alternate forms count on their own, so something like Alolan Pikachu adds a separate entry to the tally. Each detail page gathers the information players usually look up outside the game, including the items a species drops, a Where to find list of spawn locations, a Battle section on elemental type matchups, and how to evolve a Pokemon into tricky branching forms such as Eevee.
Servers and modpacks get their own control layer. Two server-side config files are generated after the first boot, one for the general settings and one for the caught rewards, so the host decides whether a feature needs the species to be seen, to be caught, or is switched off entirely. A small command set backs this up with permission levels, letting staff display any species, open the collection screen without holding the item, or automatically register everything already stored in a player’s party and PC. The interface is also translated into Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French and German, and it runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1.
