Alloyed takes the plain definition of an alloy, a metallic substance made of two or more other elements, and gives Minecraft two of them. Bronze is a copper alloy and leans towards decorative work and instruments, while Steel is an iron alloy and brings the durability and strength expected of it in structures and tools.
Both metals are produced at the Alloy Forge, a new workstation block added by the mod for crafting alloys, and each one arrives with its own set of blocks and items to build with.
Fitting neatly into a modpack is part of the design. Casing blocks for both metals follow Create recipes and hook into its connected texture system, Create: Deco picks up steel catwalks, Farmer’s Delight and its Refabricated version gain a steel knife, Backported Spears gains a steel spear, and alloy forge recipes show up in EMI and Reliable Recipe Viewer. Since version 3.0 the mod no longer depends on Create itself, and anyone running Create on Fabric through Kilt should install the NeoForge build.
