RIAutomobility is a Forge addon that builds on the Automobility mod and turns it into a full garage of drivable machines. Wooden, Copper, Steel, Golden and Bejeweled versions of the Double and Quad Motorcar cover the everyday rides, the Lorry is a large truck with container storage, the DMC12 brings classic sports car styling and the Standard Formula adds a Formula racing look. Every frame can be pulled straight from the creative inventory or crafted at the Auto Mechanic Table for survival play.
Driving is no longer a solo affair. True multi-seat support lets friends climb aboard for a shared trip, and riders can switch seats while the vehicle is moving for a different view of the road.
Map and modpack authors get the deepest tools here. New frames and wheels are defined purely in JSON through a datapack, with control over weight, dimensions, grip, seat layout, hitboxes and camera position, while models and textures come from a resource pack. Both JsonEM and GeckoLib are supported, so simple JSON entity models and complex animated ones work side by side, custom models load automatically once you enter a world, and optional Auto Mechanic Table recipes can be added so datapack vehicles still fit survival-mode crafting.
Stability was clearly part of the plan. If a custom vehicle is missing its resources the game does not crash; a placeholder model appears instead, with a friendly tooltip warning, which makes iterating on a new vehicle in Minecraft far less painful.
