YDM’s Weapon Master takes the items sitting in your hotbar and puts them on your character, so a sword, a bow or a tool is actually visible on you instead of only appearing when you hold it. Shields and banners get their own dedicated positions, which keeps the look tidy even when you are carrying a full loadout.
Everything is optional. A settings window, bound to the V key by default, lists the supported item types and lets you switch each one on or off on its own, so you can show only your weapons, hide your tools, or keep just the banner on display. Swords and other tiered items, tridents, bows, crossbows, shields, banners and digging tools are all covered, and items from other mods generally slot into the same system without extra work.
The mod has been offered in a client-only form, where only you see the gear, and a multiplayer form, where other players see you exactly as you see yourself, so anything you switch off in the toggle screen disappears for them too. Those two are now combined in a single build, and the client-only form can be used on servers without any problems.
This release runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1 and is a tiny 0.29 MB download, so it costs almost nothing to add to an existing setup.
