TslatEntityStatus is a damage-indicator style mod that puts information you normally have to guess at straight into the world. Health, armour and active effects are drawn both on a HUD element and above the entity itself, so a fight shows you what you are up against and how much of it is left.
The readout is built from separate parts, and each of them can be shown or hidden. It covers an entity’s name, its current health, its armour and toughness values, type alignments such as fire immunity or whether something fights at melee or at range, and the icons of any potion effects it is carrying. Hits are backed up by pop-off particles for damage and healing, which follow team colours where those apply.
Almost every part of the mod is configurable. Individual elements and whole features can be switched off one at a time, the automated parts can be dialled back to suit your performance budget, and you decide when the HUDs appear, which render style the health bars use, how large the on-screen and in-world displays are, how transparent they are and which colours the damage and healing particles take.
The mod runs almost entirely on the client. Potion icons are the one exception, since they need the mod installed on the server with that option enabled. There is also a documented public API so other mods can add their own HUD elements, trigger custom particles or replace the built-in rendering. This build is for NeoForge on Minecraft 1.21.1 and is a tiny 0.18 MB download.
