Create builds some of the most satisfying machinery in Minecraft, but its drills, saws and crushing wheels always behave the same way however far along your factory is. This add-on lifts that ceiling by letting you apply ordinary vanilla enchantments directly to Create blocks, so the machines you already know start behaving like properly kitted-out tools instead of fixed appliances.
The Mechanical Drill gets the most out of it and accepts Efficiency, Fortune and Silk Touch alongside other pickaxe enchantments, while the Mechanical Saw takes the same three and the Mechanical Harvester picks up Fortune. Crushing Wheels can run Efficiency and Silk Touch, and the Mechanical Plough, Encased Fan, Millstone, Mechanical Press and Mechanical Mixer all benefit from Efficiency. Blocks are enchanted at an enchanting table, exactly as you would treat a pickaxe.
Keeping track of a large factory stays easy: put on a pair of goggles and every block shows the enchantment it is carrying. The system also accepts enchantments added by other mods, which opens up combinations that were never designed with machinery in mind. The glowing glint on placed blocks is still marked as experimental, so it is worth knowing about if you play with shader mods.
