Additional Enchanted Miner makes automated digging something you can tune. Its advanced miners accept enchantments, so the same machine can gather resources with Fortune or with Silk Touch, and the work carries on without a player standing in the hole.
Fluids are handled as part of the job rather than an obstacle. QuarryPlus removes them automatically once it is paired with Pump Plus or a Pump Module, while the more advanced Chunk Destroyer clears fluids with no settings to configure at all. Fabric versions are simpler still and deal with fluids without any special setup.
Power input is deliberately flexible. The machines accept EU as well as Forge Energy, and some versions such as 1.19.2 also take EU coming from IC2 Classic, which makes them easy to fit into an existing tech setup. Scalable Cat’s Force has to be installed alongside the mod on every platform, and Fabric releases around 1.20 additionally expect Cloth Config.
