MEGA Cells is a large-scale storage add-on for Applied Energistics 2, aimed at networks that have long outgrown the standard cell tiers. It covers item and fluid storage from 1M all the way up to 256M in both standard and portable form, so a single drive can hold what used to take an entire wall of cells, in the same spirit as the classic higher-tier storage add-ons.
Instead of simply bolting larger numbers onto existing components, the mod runs a dedicated progression line with parts designed to augment and challenge an established Minecraft tech setup, and gives all of it a distinct jet-black visual identity. MEGA Crafting CPUs follow the same 1M to 256M scale and arrive with their own all-black crafting units, a four-threaded co-processing unit and a matching monitor.
Beyond raw capacity there are focused tools. The MEGA Bulk Item Storage Cell is built to hold one item type without limit, Bulk Compression converts stored material automatically between ingots, nuggets and blocks, and the Decompression Module makes that compressed stock fully available to auto-crafting. A MEGA Pattern Provider doubles the space for processing patterns, while the Superdense Energy Cell and Greater Energy Card give networks and portable devices much larger energy buffers. Integration with other add-ons extends the same tier range to chemical and mana cells.
