Create: Tweaked Controllers answers a question every large Create build eventually raises: how do you actually drive the thing? It adds an advanced controller that maps your own inputs onto a contraption, so it can be driven with a gamepad, a keyboard or the mouse.
Input handling goes through GLFW, the same library Minecraft itself uses. A device with a known mapping is treated as a standard gamepad with six axes and fifteen buttons, which covers official Xbox and DualShock pads, while knockoff and alternate pads should work as well. Anything else GLFW can see, from joysticks and hotas to racing wheels, can still be used once advanced input mode is turned on, with each axis and button exposed in the raw order the driver reads them. WiiMotes are the one exception that is not supported.
Compatibility is kept current on both sides: the latest version works with Create 6.0.0 and newer, and alongside Clockwork from Valkyrien Skies as well as Create Simulated. A Create limitation used to let a network break if it was updated too many times, for instance by wiring an axis output into an Adjustable Chain Gearshift, and that behaviour has been disabled since version 1.2.3. Chinese and Korean translations are included as well.
