Stoneworks fills the gaps vanilla leaves when you build with stone. Every stone type already in Minecraft picks up cobbled variants, bricks, tiles, pillars, shingles and more, so a granite wall or an andesite floor can carry the same level of detail as the handful of shapes the base game happens to include.
Most of those new blocks are also available as stairs, slabs and walls, which keeps roofs, borders and trims consistent across an entire build. Crafting runs entirely through the stonecutter: drop in the stone you already have and slice it into the variant you need, which keeps the whole set simple, fast and easy to justify in a survival world.
From small cottages to large castles, the palette stays simple and adds depth without piling on new mechanics. The mod has to sit on both the client and the server, it relies on Puzzles Lib, and on Fabric it also expects Fabric API and Forge Config API Port. Settings can be adjusted in game through the mod menu.
