Heart Crystals is a small addition with a straightforward promise: consume one and your health goes up. The crystals are not picked up ready made, though, since they are put together from Heart Crystal Shards, so the extra health is something you have to gather the parts for and craft yourself.
Those shards are seeded into ten loot tables that cover a wide spread of the game’s landmarks. Abandoned mineshafts, simple dungeons, buried treasure, desert pyramids, jungle temples and woodland mansions all carry them in the Overworld, bastion bridge, bastion treasure and other bastion loot takes the hunt into the Nether, and end city treasure keeps it going in the End. Everything runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1.
