Ender Relay adds a single block that solves one of the End’s biggest problems: getting around it. Once the relay is crafted and tied to a lodestone, it teleports you straight to that position, so any spot you have marked out there is only a right-click away.
Fuel comes from End Crystals. Hold one and right-click the relay to charge it, then right-click again to travel. The block stores a single crystal at a time and glows at light level 12 while it is charged. The recipe uses four obsidian, four popped chorus fruit and a lodestone compass in the middle for a single relay, and a relay will not work at all unless it carries a lodestone position, which also applies to ones obtained or placed through commands.
Redstone builders get something out of it too. A comparator reads a charged relay as a full strength 15 signal, a hopper can keep it topped up with crystals on its own and a dispenser can charge it, so refueling can run without you. At 0.16 MB it stays tiny, and it works just as well in a survival world, on an adventure map or on a multiplayer server.
