This is the Fabric port of Farmer’s Delight, a mod built to widen farming and cooking without pushing the vanilla systems aside. It arrives with a set of rustic tools and workstations, a sturdier base for farm plots, a long menu of hearty meals and snacks to cook, and a little gear that makes heading out on an adventure easier.
Much of the appeal is what it does with ingredients that are already in the game. Milk, mushrooms, beetroots and other items players often forget or overlook are given a real purpose in the kitchen, which quietly encourages growing a little bit of everything instead of a single high-value crop.
Learning it happens in game. The advancement tree, opened with the L key by default, describes much of the progression step by step. The port is still under development, so backing up saves regularly and checking everything works before adding it to a modpack is sensible; beyond that it is free to feature and customise in packs however suits the experience you are putting together.
