End’s Delight is an add-on built on top of Farmer’s Delight, and its whole purpose is to bring culinary content to the End. Everything it adds is themed around that dimension, so cooking in Minecraft is no longer something you leave behind in the Overworld when you step through the portal.
Farmer’s Delight itself is required, and which build you need depends on the loader you play with. Forge versions pair with the Forge release of Farmer’s Delight, Fabric versions with the Fabric port, and Refabricated versions with Farmer’s Delight Refabricated. Matching those two mods correctly is essentially the whole of the setup.
The mod is still a beta and under active development, so occasional issues and instabilities are possible. Keeping regular backups of your saves is sensible, and it is worth confirming that everything runs properly before committing it to a larger modpack. This particular build is a Forge release for Minecraft 1.21.1 and a small 0.25 MB download.
