Cuisine Delight turns cooking into a hands-on minigame instead of a single crafting recipe. Any ingredient can go into the pan, so a meal is whatever you decide to throw together, and the result depends entirely on how carefully you handle the heat.
Every ingredient is tracked on two separate scales, worked out one by one: how far it has cooked, and how badly it has scorched on one side. Items that need longer belong in the pan first, and frequent stirring with the spatula keeps the underside from burning. The left gauge runs from green for undercooked through yellow for just right to red for overcooked, while the right gauge turns red once the food starts to burn.
The cuisine skillet is crafted from the Farmer’s Delight skillet and accepts enchantments. Fire Aspect lets you cook from the offhand with no stove nearby, and Efficiency raises how many items fit in the pan at once, with Efficiency V allowing six ingredients for much finer control over a dish.
Mixing ingredient categories pays off, because carbs, meat, vegetables and seafood each add their own bonus, so a balanced plate carries far more saturation than a pan full of one thing. Farmer’s Delight is required, and the mod also sits comfortably alongside Ender’s Delight, Twilight Forest and Twilight’s Flavors & Delight.
