The enchanted golden apple is normally something you find rather than something you make, and this small addition brings it to the crafting table. Two new recipes are added for it, so the apple becomes an item you can plan and prepare for. The mod stays focused on recipes and advancements, which makes it easy to drop into an otherwise vanilla survival world.
The recipes surface as you play. Holding a gold ingot reveals the recipe, and from version 2.1 onwards holding a gold block, a plain apple or a golden apple unlocks the more detailed recipes as well. Three new advancements come with the mod and give the apple a short progression of its own instead of leaving it as a one-off craft.
The file itself is under twenty kilobytes and runs on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, so it fits into almost any setup. On game versions below 1.20.2 a data pack version warning may appear; it is harmless and can be safely ignored.
