Vegan Delight is a lightweight addon for Farmer’s Delight that closes the gaps in a plant-based Minecraft kitchen. Rather than taking anything out of the game, it adds crafting alternatives for every animal product, so the dishes you already know can be prepared without meat, eggs, milk or leather.
Soybeans are the foundation of the whole system. They turn into tofu, with cooked and smoked variants that stand in for the different raw and cooked meat types, into tofish for the fish recipes, and into soymilk in place of cow’s milk. Silken tofu and applesauce cover egg-based cooking, a leather substitute takes over for hides, and tofu patties make vegan burgers possible.
Many advancements, extra items and further recipes round out the chain from crop to finished meal, and compatibility with the Create mod means the vegan food supply can be automated. The Minecraft 1.21.1 build runs on NeoForge and needs Farmer’s Delight installed alongside it.
