Create: Crystal Clear is a focused add-on with one clear purpose: glass casings for Create. They wrap a build the way a casing normally does, but stay see-through, so whatever sits inside remains on display while the block still reads as finished and cased in. That suits display builds, factory showrooms and any contraption you actually want people to look at.
The download is tiny, well under a single megabyte, so it adds almost nothing to a load order or a modpack’s footprint. Glass casings are the starting point rather than the end goal, with more glass related content planned for later versions.
Version support splits by branch. The 2.0 beta line works with either Fabric or Forge on Minecraft 1.20.1, while older releases below 2.0 were built for Forge on 1.18.2 and 1.19.2. One known quirk is worth remembering: if casing faces start disappearing while Rubidium is installed, open the video settings, move to the performance section and switch off Use Block Face culling.
