LiDAR-S is a shader pack built around a LiDAR scanning effect. Press SHIFT and the scan turns your surroundings into a 3D image, and that image is not only something to look at: you can move around inside it.

The pack also sets you a clear goal: scan your entire world. That gives exploring each new area a purpose beyond simply looking around.

LiDAR-S works with both Iris and OptiFine and supports game versions from 1.18 up to 26.2. The download is very small at just 0.01 MB, and the pack suits players looking for an unusual way to explore a familiar world.
