CraftedStars brings the V3 'magnitude' star system to crafting. Normally those random stat bonuses only show up on items you loot or buy from traders, but this mod lets crafted gear roll them too, without touching the item's base quality level.
The odds of landing a star are tied to your Advanced Engineering perk, with higher levels giving better chances at one or two stars. Since version 1.4.0, the mod also supports configuring three or more stars, and it now processes crafting on the server side so dedicated servers apply stars correctly even without every client running the mod.
An optional add-on extends the system further by letting armour pieces and item modifiers roll stars as well, something vanilla data never allows. Everything is controlled through a simple config.xml file, so adjusting the odds or star counts needs no rebuilding.
This is aimed at players and server admins running 7 Days to Die V3 who want crafted items to feel as rewarding as loot drops, especially those who have invested in the Advanced Engineering perk.
