Pidnell is a large farming map built around the River Thames in southern England, offering a mix of farms, fields and a contracting business for players who enjoy a realistic English countryside setting.
The map includes several starting options: three main farms, a small sheep farm, and a contracting yard, each with its own fields and starting equipment. Fifty-five fields of varying sizes give plenty of scope for different farming styles, while a biogas plant, placeable areas and sell points add extra depth to the economy.
A custom cow feed system changes milk output depending on whether animals are fed silage, hay or a total mixed ration, adding a layer of realism to livestock management. Precision Farming and Multiangle Terrain are built into the map, along with custom countryside ambience sounds.
This map needs several additional building mods to work properly, including Pigshed, British Storage Shed, Modern Cow Barn, British Grain Sheds, Old Storage Shed, Cow Barn, 60 Buildings Pack, Old Warehouse and UK Style Grain Shed. It suits players who want a detailed, UK-themed map with varied farms and a contracting option.
