Manual Attach is a gameplay script for Farming Simulator 22 that forces you to attach and detach tools and trailers by hand. When you hook up an implement it stays in its lowered state, and attaching or detaching from inside the cab is disabled — no more quick switching between implements without getting out of the seat.
The power take off is connected or disconnected with the Z key, and a tool cannot be turned on without it. Holding Z attaches the connection hoses; without them you cannot control hydraulics such as moving parts, folding or ridge markers, the lights stay off and the brakes are blocked. To detach an implement, lower it first and disconnect the power take off and hoses.
Front loaders, skid steers, shovels, telehandlers, combines and hooklift implements are exceptions and can still be attached from the vehicle, although their hoses and power take off must be connected manually. The script supports custom hoses, checks which hose types the attacher vehicle actually supports and includes an XML attribute to force automatic or manual attaching on attacher joints.
