Pallet Autoload Specialization is the base script behind autoload trailers and vehicles in Farming Simulator 22. It is not a vehicle itself — it provides the loading logic that other mods build on, with the Strautmann SEK 802 Pallet Autoload serving as the reference example of how to integrate it.
Out of the box it handles standard Euro pallets, liquid tanks, big bag pallets, big bags, round bales and square bales in 120, 180, 220 and 240 sizes, plus every Euro pallet that follows the base game construction principle. Pallets from Package Of Premium Pallets And Bags and HoT Fries Factory are supported as well, and later updates added Farm Production DLC liquid tanks and the Premium DLC vegetable pallet.
Operation is simple: press [B] to activate loading, make sure the correct load type is selected — or let the configurable key (default Ctrl+Alt+Y) pick it based on what is in range — and drive next to a pallet or bale. The cargo is placed on the loading area as if loaded by hand, so remember to fasten the straps or it will slip. Loading switches off automatically when there is no more room, or manually with [B]; [U] selects the unloading side and [I] unloads.
The script has matured over many versions: improved load detection with Courseplay, stronger straps on equipped vehicles, a list of loadable objects in the purchase menu, a LoadHeightOffset for pallets whose origin is not under the pallet, and automatic correction (with a log message) of incorrect trigger collision masks and light trigger RigidBodyTypes in other mods. Standard cargo definitions now live in XML, which makes the system easy to extend.
