Universal Russian Localization is a single translation pack that brings Russian text to a long list of community map mods. Instead of hunting for separate translations, you get one file that covers maps across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Supported maps include Alaska – North to the future, Aleutian Islands, Atlantic Canada, ATS Expansion, Beyond by TerraMaps, Coast to Coast, Colorado Expansion, Discover Oregon, EMMN Expansion, Great America, Ontario-Quebec, Oregon Expansion, Petersburg ALASKA, Trinity County, Utah Expansion, Washington Expansion and Washington Extended, plus TMBP for Texas.
The pack also translates the More American Cities series for California, Colorado, Idaho, Oklahoma, Utah and Washington, as well as Reforma, Reforma Pacifico, Reforma Sierra Nevada and the Beta regions Baja, Extremo, Los Altos and Noreste.
If you drive with Coast to Coast, Beyond is required as well, otherwise the game can crash in Florida. Place this localization above all other modifications in the load order.
