This mod changes how pregnancy works in The Sims 4 by making pregnant sims age and eventually die just like any other sim, instead of being immune to both.
It also extends realistic mortality to toddlers and children, letting them die from causes such as fire, drowning, or hunger, while skipping emotional deaths the creator considered unfitting for younger sims. Deaths can now happen anywhere, not just on home or community lots.
Players who want more lifelike consequences and challenge in their gameplay—especially those running generational challenges or story-driven saves—will find this mod useful for adding mortality and realism across all life stages.
