Babies For Everyone is a small gameplay tweak for The Sims 4 that opens up pregnancy to any adult Sim, regardless of gender or age. It works by disabling the built-in gender check on the Try for Baby interaction and widening the eligible age range.
With this tweak installed, players can enjoy gay pregnancy, lesbian pregnancy, male pregnancy and even elder pregnancy. The Ask Due Date mischief interaction is also extended so any Sim pairing can take part, and a reverse pregnancy outcome is possible when trying for a baby.
It's aimed at players who want more flexible, inclusive family gameplay without needing any expansion packs, since it works directly with the base game. Note that outcomes are randomized rather than user-chosen, and some pregnancy-related interactions like tests or breastfeeding remain limited to female Sims.
