Character Values Overhaul expands and rebalances the Parenthood Character Value system, making it react to the full range of Sim traits instead of just a handful.
With this tuning mod, every trait a Sim has—whether from a base trait, Toddler stage, or an expansion pack—now shapes their Character Values from the moment they're created. Values also decay naturally over time, aging-up choices matter, and Sims with deeply negative values act out as if they had the corresponding negative trait. Owners of Lot 51 Core Library get extra depth, including infant trait influence and persistent hidden autonomy effects beyond Young Adult.
The mod also swaps out the game's repetitive Character Value notifications for over 30 livelier, gender-neutral English lines, all fully localized across 18 languages.
