Labor Puddles is a small tuning override for The Sims 4 that adds a visual water puddle effect whenever a sim goes into labor, making childbirth feel a bit more realistic.

The mod comes in several flavors: one that creates a puddle with every contraction, another that shows just a single puddle at the start of labor, and dedicated versions for male sims and for pets like cats and dogs. Only one flavor should be installed at a time since they modify the same files and will conflict with each other.

It's aimed at players who enjoy more immersive pregnancy and birth storytelling in their game, including those using mods that allow teen or male pregnancies, and it has been tested for compatibility with MC Command Center.
