This is an extensive package of placeable production points that feed each other rather than standing alone. Orchards cost $15,000 with $30 daily upkeep, run like standard production points and turn water, liquid fertilizer and compost into apples, pears, apricots or plums. Apples, apricots and plums can be sold or processed further, while pears go straight to the farmers market.
The advanced greenhouses follow the base game idea but ask for more and give back more. Large, medium and small variants cost $54,000, $27,000 and $13,500, and between them grow tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, spring onion, napa cabbage, chilli, garlic, green pepper, cucumbers, onions and watermelons. Organic waste comes out as a byproduct and goes back into the chain.
At the top of the chain sits the fruit and vegetable processing plant at $180,000, or $36,000 for the slower small variant. It turns the harvest into raisins, grape juice, kimchi, apple juice, strawberry juice, apricot jam, plum jam, ketchup and pickles, with sugar needed for some recipes.
Compost ties everything together: dump organic waste, straw, grass or hay into the $25,000 compost silo, compact it, cover the pit and the compost is ready within 24 hours of in-game time. Bigbags are available in the shop at $250 for 1,000 l, surplus compost can be sold, and the placeable farmers market gives every product a buyer on any map you play in Farming Simulator 25.
