The Small Barndominium packs living space and vehicle storage under one roof. There is a garage for two cars, plus a big living area with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Lighting is split between manual switches inside and automatic night lighting outside, so the yard stays lit after dark. The walls can be finished in metal, wood or brick, and the colour is configurable, which makes it easy to match the house to the rest of the yard.
At 100000 $ with 10 $ daily upkeep it sits in the Farmhouses category, so it works as a main residence on a fresh Farming Simulator 25 save or as a second home on an expanding farm.
