This placeable Log Storage Silo gives you a practical way to keep your harvested timber organized. Drive any tree or log to the input marker, press the store button, and the wood is converted into stored material inside the silo, regardless of species.
When you need logs again, head to the output point and choose the length you want—7, 8, 10 or 12 meters—plus how many logs to produce at once, up to forty. An info box keeps track of the stored wood amount and the current fill level of the silo, so you always know when it's time to empty or refill it.
Two different storage sizes are included, letting you pick between a larger 300000 liter silo with higher running costs or a smaller 160000 liter option that's cheaper to buy and maintain. Just remember that the longer logs stick out on the input side, so leave room around that part of the building.
This is a useful addition for anyone running a forestry operation who wants a tidy, centralized way to store and retrieve logs instead of leaving piles scattered across the map.
