This attachment adds a John Deere 437D delimber for processing felled trees. It strips branches from logs cut down by a feller buncher or chainsaw, preparing them for further handling.
To use it, the claws grip the base of the tree and pull it through the delimbing arm while the operator moves and rotates the boom. Once delimbed, the rear saw can trim the log to a specific length, which is tracked live in the F1 menu and on the machine's internal display. An automatic head rotation option is included for players using keyboard and mouse instead of dual joysticks.
With 280 HP of power and a 10-meter reach, it's built for handling larger logs, suitable for trees up to about 25 meters. All controls can be remapped to suit different setups.
This is a good fit for players who want a dedicated forestry workflow, pairing felling equipment with a proper delimbing and bucking process.
