Ghost's Better Flight Controls changes how aircraft handle, turning the stiff, plane-like gyrocopter model into a proper helicopter flight system with collective, cyclic and pedal inputs.
It reworks lift so it follows the aircraft's own orientation, meaning banking actually moves you sideways instead of just steering like a plane. The nose tracks turns realistically and the fuselage resists sideslip, giving a much more grounded flying feel similar to other helicopter-focused games.
Full gamepad support is included alongside keyboard controls, with dedicated sensitivity, dead zone and inversion settings per device. An optional stability-assist toggle lets advanced players disable auto-leveling and bank limits for a harder, more realistic flight style.
This is aimed at players who found the vanilla gyrocopter and helicopter mods too simplistic and want a flight model closer to dedicated flight or helicopter sims.
